Prenatal core and floor training is provided to help keep you moving throughout your pregnancy and feeling good. Breathing techniques are taught to help you create more space for your growing baby and help you to feel more comfortable. Considerations are provided for each trimester so you know what to expect and how to modify movement as needed. We will address issues of incontinence, SI joint pain, symphysis pubic dysfunction, back pain and more. Education will be provided to help you prepare your pelvic floor and core for delivery and recovery. Strategies learned during the prenatal phase can be applied to postpartum recovery or subsequent pregnancies. This program is designed for anyone with a growing belly looking for simple and functional ways to feel good and stay strong.
